Commercial Disputes Partner / Team – Key Strategic Hire

This firm is looking to recruit a commercial disputes partner, ideally someone established with experience in both commercial litigation and international arbitration, to take on the lead role in their London office.

The firm is looking for a partner with a practice which includes cross border work, high court litigation, commercial court litigation, and international arbitration.

While this person will have the mandate to develop the London offering there will also be a great deal of support available from other partners, both in disputes and other teams. It is known for being a close knit and supportive partnership and the environment is excellent.

The firm has an enviable client base which includes household names in financial services, energy, retail, leisure, real estate and TMT.

Expectations in terms of following depend somewhat on the candidate, and the firm is known for being very supportive to incoming partners. They have an excellent press profile and are alive to the need to budget for marketing, conferences, travel, recruitment etc. You would certainly be given the tools needed to succeed.
