Fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer to join a team which has outstanding client relationships in the fashion and sports sectors. They provide a “quasi in-house” service to these clients, and need to recruit due to a consistent increase in work flow.
This is a rare opportunity to work closely with leading fashion and sports brands, gaining experience of close client contact at a very early stage in your career.
You will be providing true legal and business advice to your clients, spending a great deal of time with them and advising on business growth, marketing, IP and dispute resolution as well as commercial contracts drafting and review.
The firm is looking to recruit a candidate who has:
- Strong commercial training contract experience from a reputable law firm
- Completed a seat in commercial or intellectual property law
- Excellent academics
- In-house experience, ideally having undertaken a client secondment during your training contract
- Excellent client and interpersonal skills
- The confidence to pick up new legal issues, clients and ideas quickly
