Job Description

Commercial Litigation Partner / Head of Litigation

Job Type:

Location: London

Job Level: Partner

Excellent opportunity to join an established real estate boutique as the lead commercial disputes partner. This is a natural platform from which to develop a commercial litigation practice, and ideally a team in due course, in a relaxed and upbeat environment.

This firm has provided real estate services to wealthy individuals and SMEs for decades and are very well regarded and networked in their fields. The partners are dynamic and down to earth with an open and team-oriented approach. The office is in a prime central London location, and working patterns are very flexible.

This is a small, high quality outfit with sensible, commercial growth plans and significant opportunities for entry into the equity in the medium to long term.

The partnership is confident that this is a solid platform from which to develop a commercial disputes practice and are happy to talk to interested candidates about past successes they have had in this area.

This could be an excellent opportunity for a partner in a West End or other small London firm to join a friendly, supportive partnership where you will be given free rein to develop your practice as you see fit, and where you will be encouraged to grow a team once up and running.
