Corporate Partner/Designate – Leading International Firm
Job Type: Corporate / Commercial
Job Level: Partner
Our client is a highly regarded international law firm which has been making significant progress in recent years in developing its international network and range of services. It is known to be innovative and dynamic and its down to earth and business focussed approach will always prevent it from resting on any laurels. The firm is committed to growing and developing as one of the leading law firms in the global market.
As part of its strategy, the firm is looking to develop its corporate practice in London further. The firm already has a strong offering nationally and internationally, but there remain opportunities to contribute and to have a genuine impact. The team is active in several sectors but is open to building on its success, values a diversity of work and will consider adding complementary practices. Your experience may be in mainstream M&A, private equity or ECM work and the firm is open to those whose practices cover a range of deal sizes, including the SME and mid-cap market up to larger corporate transactions.
One of the significant attractions of this corporate team is its culture, which is genuinely collaborative. There is a one team approach focussed on the overall performance of the practice group and ensuring that clients and deals are managed and staffed by the right people as the paramount consideration. The way the partners and team are rewarded for their efforts underpins this ethos. Those who have joined the team have found its pragmatic and friendly approach and the relative lack of politics truly refreshing and different.
The firm are interested in talking to established partners as well as ambitious partners designate who are interested in joining a down to earth and friendly team where real opportunities remain to help shape the team’s future and make a difference. A team move will also be of interest.
