Our City client has a strong reputation as a full service, ambitious firm and is now looking for an additional employment partner to help further develop the practice in London.

With a well-established reputation in the area and some stellar clients the team are now looking for an additional partner with employment expertise, either contentious or non-contentious, but with an employer focus.

You will be joining a team which ranks highly in all the directories and, importantly, has the necessary breadth of clients and internal cross selling infrastructure to provide a steady flow of big- ticket UK employment work. The firm would like to talk to candidates who have an established or growing reputation and profile in the London market, good business developers and also willing to undertake some management responsibility.

The Employment team make an impressive contribution to overall firm revenues and also profile raising. It sits across sectors such as FS, Retail, Leisure and Real Estate that are core to the firm’s strategy. So, you will find a practice which not only has a well-deserved external profile but also plenty of internal support and a mandate for continued growth.

The firm is profitable and with growing turnover. It has a unique approach to delivering client work and also the scale, flexibility and infrastructure to maintain profitable margins. On the back of another successful year this team wants to make additional lateral hires at the partner level in order to further its market coverage.
