Job Description

Employment Partner / Partner Designate – Popular Mid-Sized Firm

Job Type:

Location: London

Job Level: Partner

Excellent opportunity for a partner or experienced senior associate to take on a key role in a small, thriving department. The existing partner is generating more work than they can service, so there is a requirement for someone to take on some of their corporate client work. However, this is not enough to feed two partners, and growth and development are also part of the short-term plan.  Therefore, this individual absolutely must be business development oriented, although a part following will be enough for success in this instance.

They are keen to speak to either established partners or strong, experienced senior associates who have some following and an ability to see opportunities from internal clients. Candidates should be employer focused and ideally have a good mix of contentious and non-contentious experience. Candidates should also be comfortable supervising a trainee and delegating to an associate.

The firm has an excellent reputation for its environment and progression opportunities. It is a supportive, collaborative platform that puts people at the forefront. The firm is also very well run and is in a position to invest over the coming years. They are looking to expand in various areas.
