Our Top 40 law firm client has a highly regarded Employment offering and is committed to adding a further partner to the busy team.

The majority of partners within this team are ambidextrous and looking for someone with a similar broad, mixed skill set to advise mainly employer clients.

The team’s client base is exceptionally strong and varied, with long established FTSE 100/250 clients together with fast developing SMEs. And the team are a net provider of work to other parts of this full-service firm. So, while there is inevitably some work alongside other practice groups, this is very much a stand-alone department.

Given how busy the partners are, there is an existing workflow for incoming laterals, but ideally you will be able to bring some of your own network and business streams, to evidence client facing skills. The team have most sectors well covered, however are keen to build on recent client wins within the FS sector and so are particularly interested in talking to lawyers with this experience.
