LEGAL DIRECTOR – LONDON – FIRST TIME APPOINTMENT

We are proud to be working with one of the world’s fastest growing marketing networks, headquartered in London and affiliated to a leading FTSE 100 company.  The company has enjoyed four consecutive years of record growth, despite the challenging environment, and looks set to continue on this path.

Due to this strong performance and development of the business, our client is looking to appointment its first lawyer, who will work closely with the management and support the global business.  Our client is looking for a senior commercial lawyer with broad experience, at least 10+ years’ PQE, and preferably some experience of working in-house.   You should be able to demonstrate a track-record of building and shaping a legal function and working closely with the c-suite to manage the legal, risk and compliance issues.

This is a dynamic fast-moving business based on data so experience of working in the creative or technology sectors may be advantageous.  However, your personality and strength of character will be just as important, as you will be working with a wide range of people across the business. Our client is looking for someone who is down-to-earth, business-minded and can get to the heart of issues to help steer the management team on legal issues quickly and effectively.

This is an exceptional opportunity which offers huge potential for the next stage of your career along with an extremely competitive salary and package.
