Job Description

Technology Partner –Profitable London firm

Job Type: ,

Location: London

Job Level: Partner

Well placed in this environment and with robust finances our client is looking for key partner laterals to play a significant role within its TMT sector group. Whatever your discipline; if technology clients lie at the heart of your practice then this firm would certainly be interested in a conversation with you.

There is a thriving community of well-regarded commercial and technology lawyers at this firm and you will be joining a busy and entrepreneurial group with the expertise/support to advise on a broad range of deals across the TMT sector. Incoming partners should ideally be able to bring some of their own business connections and have a well thought out plan around developing business on this sort of platform. Just as importantly, you will need a high profile and be considered a specialist in your chosen market.

The TMT group makes a significant contribution to the firm in terms of headcount, turnover and profile and the firm is very profitable, overall. It can offer impressive levels of compensation for the right individual, and a quick route to equity. The TMT sector is right at the centre of its overall offering and is ably supported by other departments. So, if you are currently operating at the periphery of your own firm’s chosen sectors and want to be more at the heart of things this will likely prove a very good option.
